The tractor exhaust pipe is on fire,this is something failure with the tractor,so what solutions do we have based on this failure?

The fuel does not have time to burn completely, or even reach the combustion peak, and the engine enters the next stroke to discharge the mixture that is still burning.  The reasons for this phenomenon and the elimination methods are as follows:

(1) Oil injection advance Angle is too small,the treatment method is to Advance Angle the whole Angle, replacement of worn parts.

(2) Gas distribution phase misalignment or just gear installation error,the solution is timely correction.

(3) Part of the nozzle is blocked,the oil outlet valve is occasionally severely worn,the treatment method is to replace the wear parts.

(4) The exhaust valve is closed loosely, the valve spring is too weak, the spring is broken or the valve clearance is too small.The treatment is to grind or replace the valve and adjust the valve clearance.

(5) The needle valve of the fuel injector is not sealed well and there is dripping oil.  The treatment method is to replace the needle valve.

(6) Part of the valve push rod is bent,stagnation.The solution is to replace the worn parts.
